Laura and I hosted our first guest - none other than one of our heroes - Meredith Oke.  She is the Executive Director of the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology where both Laura and I received our certifications.  She is also the host of the esteemed and popular QBC podcast and founder of the Quantum Biology Collective, which we both have enjoyed immensely and learned so much from the community of practitioners and live presentations.
